“ We came in to look a a new Subaru Outback. We we were not sure we wanted to purchase yet. We had a 2019 Ascent. My husband did get a quote from Carmax. Thurman took the time to show us the new Subaru. He also made sure the Carmax quote would be honored. Thurman also made sure we received every discount we were eligible for. The color car I wanted - cosmic blue with brown interior was not available. Thurman said to give him a couple days to find it. He did call and told us he did find the car but it would take a couple weeks to get here. When it did arrive, Thurman took the time to connect my phone and go thru the electronics and workings of the car. We are seniors. Thurman was very patient and polite. We appreciate the genuineness of his personality. This is our fourth Subaru. The three previous cars were purchased in Illinois. We love the Subaru brand and their great customer service. We appreciate the care we received from Thurman and Johnson Subaru. This was a very positive experience. ”
